Measure and cut panel in the same manner detailed in step 14 but cut lower portion instead of top. To install the siding if partial panels are required mark the line to cut by measuring from the edge of the lock of the panel and cut the panel to the proper width. Place the siding that has to be notched under the window. Install siding at the top of a window or door in a similar fashion but this time set the siding on the window channel and use the window trim to mark the cut.
